XJY-804-W is a true spherical silicone rubber elastomer aqueous dispersion with solid content ranging from 30 to 90% (according to customer’s demand), which has excellent slip performance and is mainly used in personal care and cosmetic industries, especially in sunscreen and foundation with better performance to enhance the sun protection index and skin feel of the products.
XJY-804-W Silicone Spherical Elastomers Dispersion have those following product features:
1. Excellent slip performance;
2. Excellent soft light performance;
3. Excellent dispersibility in water emulsions;
4. Non-invasive and non-irritating to the skin;
5. Reduces greasiness and improves smoothness (matte effect)

Application

 

1.  Sunscreen – excellent skin-friendliness, effective in blocking UV radiation, enhanced SPF and  PA ratings；

2.  Foundation – excellent slip and oil absorption；

3.  Barrier cream – excellent skin-friendliness and softness.

 

USAGE METHOD :

Long-time storage may cause elastomer precipitation, please stir and disperse well before adding to the corresponding material to be modified.

 

Packaging

The product is packed in 25kg plastic drums, or customized according to customer’s requirements.

Storage

Store the product in a cool and dry, moisture-proof place, avoid high temperatures. It is transported as non-dangerous goods.
